This syllabus is used as a guideline for the contents of the workouts. Things may and will change without prior notice.
Our regular workout space is room B101 in Lathrop Hall, home of the Dance Department. On Saturdays, we have space in room 1065 at the Natatorium on the west side of campus
A new beginners' class starts every semester - the one for the 2008 Spring semester starts on Monday, February 4. All students, faculty and staff are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
Workout times for the Spring Semester are:

F 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. (Room B101) |
Advanced workout:
M 7:00 - 9:00 (room 510)
Sa 10:00 - 12:00 (Nat room 1065) |
